So much social media......So little time!!!
As your probably aware, I do not have a Facebook. Awhile back I deactivated my account for personal reasons. I felt that it was interfering with my life. It caused for unnecessary drama and stress. I do believe it helped my relationship with Gabriel quite a bit. Now however, I've started up my blog again and have wanted to promote it in certain circles and thought perhaps Facebook would be a good place for that. Sooooo last night I reactivated... and boy was I overwhelmed! I hadn't logged in since 2012 and it had saved everything up until that moment. (Come to find out that deactivate is what they intend for you to do, while delete is what you wanted to do. Not to mention how hard it is to locate these things in the settings/ help areas.) After about twenty minutes of browsing, I came to the realization that I didn't want to put myself back on FB. It has become so complicated! I'd rather my life be a mystery to others. Also, I don't like comparing my life to others and FB seemed to only enable me to do so. What do you think about Facebook? What are your thoughts on how it affects relationships and oneself?
Here is a link to a tutorial that helped me figure out how to DELETE my account rather than deactivate.
Thanks for following my blog!

I spent last tuesday evening with the boyfriend at the Americana. I always love taking a stroll through this shopping center. So many things to buy, not enough funds though!! I think after that trip, I'm all tapped out for awhile! I need to save my pennies for my big trip to Japan. Here is what a wore to shop around. It's a classic look that's comfortable and stylish. I think men's shirts make for a sexy look. I love how this shirt's color and polka dot pattern adds a soft feminine touch. What do you think? Xo

I finally got around to visiting the DVF Journey of a Dress exhibit and let me tell you..what an incredible exhibit it was! I fell in love with every single inch of that place! I was taken away by how visually stimulated I was. The color, the neon, the patterns, the artwork, the history, the fashion, it was heaven! I encourage you to check it out before it ends, I know I'll be going back again hehe.. XO
Loved this shot of my brother uninterested but planted smack in the middle of a beautiful melange of patterns..makes for an awesome photo.

High wasted shorts are all the rage, I never really owned a pair till I bought these for Hawaii. The other day I ran my errands in this outfit.. Granted my boyfriend liked looking at my ass, he didn't particularly like others looking as well. Perhaps these shorts are more suited for the beach or perhaps I'm being too shy.. For now, my cheeks aren't hurting anyone. XO

Sunday morning I decided to brave the crowds and check out the Peter Pilotto for Target Collection. I had arrived to Target only 10 minutes after opening and still many of the items were out of my size. Nonetheless I scored some great pieces! I purchased the blue netting print moto jacket, the light blue sweatshirt, and this red iris top. I didn't think I'd like the bold prints as much as I found I did. I liked them so much that I immediately wore this top for the rest of the day! What do you guys think of the collection? Did you purchase any items your in love with? XO

Sorry I've been missing in action for the past week; I was in Hawaii, celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and my little sister's engagement! It was such a lovely trip. I was able to spend quality time with those I love. The week was also quite a treat thanks to the hotel. We had such a delightful stay at The Modern Honolulu. Here is a sneak peak...
The bedroom portion of our suite. Apart from the two balconies we had, this window in the bedroom was wonderful. I woke up here every morning for the last week and it was marvelous!
Here I am on one of the living room balconies.
